Self adhesive plastic automatic tabbing machine

This machine produces self adhesive plastic hanging tabs used in the retail industry to allow product packaging to be hung in display cabinets.
The machine laminates a plastic strip to an adhesive tape and punches and crops the resulting composite to produce the complete tab.
Each tab is produced in approximately 1/10th second and is added to a peelable backing tape in packs of ten tabs. Packs are produced at a rate of approximately 1 per second.
The machine uses servo control for positioning and feeding the laminate into a reciprocating multifunction punch tooling head.
