Multi modal roll former

Multi modal roll former example commissioned for Caice Acoustic Research

This system is just being commissioned and consists of a multi reel steel decoiler coupled to a roll forming line capable of producing parts for Air conditioning Silencers. It is a unique design performing roll forming and punching in one operation.

The complete machine is over 22 metres long and was designed and manufactured completely in-house. Control is by distributed IO modules with an Industrial PC as the main controller. It can accept part orders remotely via standard Ethernet.
