Punch chamfer reel and cut machine automation

This machine takes a plastic extrusion, which is supplied in reels. Punches holes, chamfers edges, then places the extrusion on a smaller reel and separates by cutting.

As with all our equipment the design, manufacture and build was undertaken entirely 'in house'. The concept originating from our highly successful automatic tabbing machine
